We focus on quality hiring, realistic hiring processes, and long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.We do not work with gambling or real-money gaming companies.What You'll Be Responsible ForAs an independent consultant, you will:

• Work on active gaming roles shared by Playdawn
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and your own channels
• Screen candidates for skills, experience, intent, and role fit
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process
• Share well-qualified profiles with clear notes and context
• Coordinate with Playdawn on feedback, interviews, and closures
