Recruiting/Scheduling Coordinator (Hybrid) Pune, India

We are looking for a Recruiter/Scheduling Coordinator for a global Technology company. The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to manage the high-volume scheduling of interviews, gather interview feedback, extend offers to candidates, and ensure compliance with the process.This is a 6-month contract project (with possible extensions), working 40 hours per week. MUST work 2 days/week onsite at the client's office in Pune, India. (There might be some weeks when more onsite days will be required for special situations.)

Responsibilities

• Work in Workday Recruiting to compile interview packets, gather feedback from interviewers promptly, and make offers.
• Handle high-volume scheduling for phone, video, and onsite interviews, globally (AMER, EMEA, APAC).
• Use the scheduling tool: Goodtime for all interview scheduling
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting coordination experience, including high-volume interview scheduling
• Experience with Workday Recruiting System is required.
• Experience with interview scheduling tools (Goodtime, preferred)
• Strong skills/ability to work with recruiters and hiring managers
• Bachelor's degree
