Role & responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify domestic clientsIndian enterprises, system integrators, MSPslooking for contract/fixed-term talent. Market bench consultants for immediate domestic projects: pitch resumes, negotiate rates/contracts, close placements Vendor & Client Management Build and maintain relationships with prime vendors, direct clients, staffing firms, and recruiters across cities like Hyderabad, Delhi, Pune. Coordinate submissions, interviews, and follow-ups till placement. Bench & Candidate Oversight Lead bench sales/recruiter teams (typically 3–10), set daily/weekly quotas, review performance, and deliver training sessions on sourcing, candidate pitching Sales Strategy & Reporting Analyze domestic staffing demand trends; adjust bench marketing strategies accordingly. Prepare forecasts, performance dashboards, and submit weekly/monthly reports to leadership. Understanding of domestic employment types (contract, C2C, payroll) and compliance. bench roster: review consultant profiles, check availability, validate skillfit to upcoming projects. Source and pitch consultants to domestic clients/vendors via email, calls, and portals. Track submissions, schedule interviews, negotiate rates, secure contracts, and ensure closure Lead team huddles, review submission/interview performance, pipeline health, and client feedback Maintain accurate client and bench consultant records; generate utilization and revenue reports. Stay current with client hiring trends and vendor feedback to optimize placement strategies Education: Any graduate or Postgraduate Experience : Minimum of 4+ years in contract staffing End-to-End Recruitment Management , Reporting & Analytics, Sourcing & Pipeline Management, Stakeholder & Client Engagement. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Communication : Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates. Analytical Skills: Ability to assess staffing metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve staffing processes. Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations related to contract staffing
