As a proactive recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top candidates through various channels such as online job boards, social media, and professional networks. Your role will involve screening and qualifying candidates based on their experience, skills, and cultural fit. You will conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate in-person or video interviews with hiring managers. Throughout the interview process, you will manage the candidate experience by keeping them informed and engaged. Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and the opportunity for performance bonuses. The work location is in person.
