About the Company:

AJ India Alliances is a multi-business organization operating across various verticals including education, healthcare, and corporate services. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Non-Technical Recruiter to join our HR team at the head office in Lucknow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Job Descriptions (JDs) and Job Specifications (JSs) for various roles across departments.
• Conduct resume screening and shortlist suitable candidates based on role requirements.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-technical positions.
• Source candidates through multiple platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with the concerned departments.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database.
• Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Management, or related field).
• 1+ year of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
• Good understanding of job portals and recruitment channels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Compensation:

Commensurate with skills and experience.
