Job Title: Recruiter Intern

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to support our hiring activities. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and some prior internship experience in HR or recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across various roles
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities as needed
• Communicate professionally with candidates and internal teams

Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous internship experience in HR/Recruitment (mandatory)
• Basic understanding of sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, indeed,Job hai etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interest in HR and talent acquisition

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
