Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team and focus on sourcing and hiring talent for our CAD, BIM, and architectural services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for technical roles, with a deep understanding of the skills and qualifications required in the CAD and BIM domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for positions such as CAD drafters, BIM modelers, architects, and engineers.
• Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Must-Haves

• Experience: 5–7 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on CAD, BIM, or architectural roles.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and BIM processes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Cultural Fit: Ability to assess candidates for alignment with QeCAD's values of quality, safety, and innovation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
