Job Description

Make outbound calls to customers with pending or overdue payments. Explain payment terms and due dates clearly and persuasively. Record all interactions and follow-ups in the system accurately. Follow up on promise-to-pay (PTP) commitments. Negotiate and propose payment plans if necessary. Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate department. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for collections and follow-ups. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
