  • Core Responsibilities:
  • Meeting Minutes: Attend meetings, commissions, or judicial proceedings to accurately record and transcribe discussions, decisions, and action items.
  • Record Management: Maintain and update official records, ensuring they are properly stored, updated, and accessible in accordance with records management policies.
  • Communication: Screen phone calls, greet visitors, and manage correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare reports, formal documentation, and presentation materials as required.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, such as data entry, filing, and managing appointment schedules.
