What would you do? Manage competing priorities, and support Continuous Improvement and overall optimization of the team all within a fast-paced environmentSupport and review the financial processes and controls including period-end, audit support, reporting, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, various journal entries and analysis Drive collaborative cultural change and awareness by building working relationships based on trust, and improving collaboration within portfolios Provide leadership in the development and continuous evaluation of short and long term strategic financial objectives Ensure that company financial policies and procedures are being followed correctly and consistently while harmonizing across the Enterprise.Develop, maintain, and manage KPIs, dashboards and conduct monthly reviews with finance and operations Review results and drive change to fix underlying issues Manage business expectations, and setting priorities as appropriate Analyze, identify, and recommend process improvement initiatives and systems modifications to increase productivity and efficiency within the department Mentor and coach team members in achieving their goals and IDPs, provide feedback and address any performance issues Support Senior Management with the development and implementation of strategic business initiatives Develop strong cross-functional partnerships and relationships to support key strategic initiatives as needed Assist with ad-hoc and cross-functional projects and initiatives as required A type of general ledger account which contains a summary of sub-ledger accounts. Because the reconciliation account only provides a summary, no transactions are directly posted to the account.
