What would you do?
Looking for Senior Financial Analysts/Specialist with excellent understanding around SAP concepts, functions, tables, integration, mapping and interfaces along with good accounting concepts, technical system and financial reconciliation and effective business analysis. Good to have someone with HPQC/HPALM and testing understanding of SAP Project testing (5-8 Years of prior work experience, out of which 3-4 year in SAP and Finance domain and at least 1-2 years of experience in HPQC/HPALM)You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries and reconciliations, preparing cash forecasting statement, supporting month end closing, preparing reports and supports in audits.Implementation of gen. ledger processes including yearend closing, journalizing. Creating and maintaining ledgers, ledger currencies, budgets, and journal entries, design to deliver a financial management solution including a flexible accounting structure, comprehensive journal processing, hierarchical summaries, intuitive inquiry and reporting as well as dynamic allocations and the management of commitments and expenditures also run Interface reports and perform close books of accounts.

  • Understanding of SAP Master Data Management and Master Data Governance - Expertise in maintaining master data within the SAP ECC/SAP MDG application
  • Detailed understanding around Interface Management, SAP testing cycles, valuation area, FSVs etc. E2E/Phased management of Process Mapping, Requirement Gathering, BRDs/FRDs/TSDs, System Design, Interfaces & Integration Management, Implementation, Testing, Go-live, and Hyper-Care Support
  • Contributed immensely as a consultant by determining gaps & implementing new operations & processes; build and practical solutions to drive changes

  • Proven ability to handle chocked-up situation along with great level of logical and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent understanding around MS Office pack.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with technical writing skills to deal with technical and non-technical audience.

  • Complex multi-systems technical reconciliation.
  • Understanding of SAP Master Data Management and Master Data Governance - Expertise in maintaining master data within the SAP ECC/SAP MDG application
  • Performs detailed analysis around master data maintenance request to determine cross application and inter-application impacts.
  • Analyze and Resolve data integrity issues within SAP and addresses user queries
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from wide variety of sources including middle management, global stakeholders, internal and external business partner operating from various geographical locations.
  • Attention to detail along with key focus on area on improvements and developing plans to execute the same.
  • Detailed understanding around Interface Management, SAP testing cycles, valuation area, FSVs etc. E2E/Phased management of Process Mapping, Requirement Gathering, BRDs/FRDs/TSDs, System Design, Interfaces & Integration Management, Implementation, Testing, Go-live, and Hyper-Care SupportData Management (Functional Understanding of MDM, MDG, Data Mapping, Data Normalization, Data integration, ETL and Business Intelligence)
  • Contributed immensely as a consultant by determining gaps & implementing new operations & processes; build and practical solutions to drive changes
  • Partner with key business stakeholders and multi-departments to build a continuous improvement environment to support an ongoing program of transformation.
  • Coordinate functional managers and technical resources for the flawless execution of projects
  • Prior experience in handling insurance business (Life or General) would be a plus
  • Prior experience in supporting SAP roll on Projects would be a plus
  • Prior experience in supporting FPSL/FSCD would be a plusN.B. This is not a SAP support/configuration/roll out role but for complex techno-functional operational support along with simultaneous project support.
