Reconciliation Specialist(Contractual)

Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for executing accurate and timely reconciliation of user deposits and withdrawals, ensuring all transactions are correctly accounted for across systems.

2. Conduct daily analysis of unreconciled transactions to identify root causes and drive resolution of discrepancies.

3. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Tech, Finance, Product, etc.) to communicate reconciliation gaps and support timely corrective actions.

4.Liaise with payment gateway partners to address and resolve inconsistencies identified in deposit and withdrawal transaction files.

5.Coordinate with external reconciliation platform providers to troubleshoot and resolve any system-level or data integrity issues.

6.Ensure reconciliation processes remain current and accurate through regular follow-ups with all relevant stakeholders and proactive issue tracking
