Role & responsibilities 1. Achieve the monthly/ Quarterly & Annual Sales business targets by adhering to the policies set by the management 2. Develop strong professional relationships with dealers and distributors by managing 100% fulfillment ratio. 3. Prepare & Plan required articles for the respective market and ensure 90% and above accuracy in Sales & Articles forecasting. 4. Coordinate with corporate office for the timely supply of required stock & acknowledgment of dealer issues within the first 3-4 hours in consultations with the supporting stakeholders. Issue solution action plan within 24 hours. Complete problem resolution within 5 working days. 5. Responsible for new dealer appointments based on market and area need and tracking their overall performance on key metrics 6. Ideation of new products through the feedback received from the market and collaborating with the product team for meeting the market demand. 7. Positioning the new product line/brand in the assigned market by direct interaction with key Dealers. 8. Coordinating the order processing with Dealer, Coordinators, logistics and billing team 9. Frequent follow-up with our stakeholders for the payment collection as per the TAT. 10. Retail visit to get feedback on the, Product effectiveness and its movement, Marketing activities, new product requirements in the market, etc. 11. Compiling and analysing sales figures and reporting to MIS and CSH on a daily basis on actual achievement against the target 12. Responsible for initiation and participation of exhibitions in the assigned territory. 13. Study competitors activities in the market and give inputs to CSH and new product development required within the desired price range. 14. To assess the ATL/ BTL requirements of the assigned geography and give inputs to CSH/Marketing Team. 15. To give inputs on formulations of schemes/incentives for stake holders of the area to BH and roll out promotional schemes ensuring target. Preferred candidate profile 1. Customer Service 2.
