Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify all contractor bills, material receipts, and purchase orders.
  • Perform quantity and cost reconciliation as per BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and work executed at site.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and the accounts team to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain detailed records of all reconciliations, variations, and approvals.
  • Validate work done reports and ensure alignment with project budgets and timelines.
  • Assist in monthly cost reports and cash flow statements.
  • Flag any inconsistencies, errors, or excess payments for rectification.
  • Ensure timely closure of vendor bills and reconciliation reports.
  • Support in internal and external audits related to project billing and reconciliation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma/Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 7–10 years of experience in project billing/reconciliation in real estate or construction industry.
