As an Officer, Reconciliation Analyst 1 at Citi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of reports and reconciliations. Your responsibilities will include advising reconciliation specialists, organizing reconciliations, carrying out detailed proof reviews, investigating reconciliation differences, and preparing reports on the differences. You will need to have a good knowledge of reconciliation processes, procedures, and systems, as well as a basic understanding of underlying concepts and principles. Your analytical skills will be essential in making evaluative judgments and resolving problems. Key Responsibilities: - Advise reconciliation Specialist to prepare/Organize reconciliations and proof - Ensure accuracy of reports and reconciliations - Carry out detailed proof reviews - Investigate reconciliation differences and prepare reports on the differences - Apply good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing objectives - Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through acquired technical experience - Exchange information in a concise and logical way, being sensitive to audience diversity Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience - Minimum 3-4 years of reconciliation application related experience - Familiarity with reconciliation tool - Knowledge of MS Excel/MS Access.
