Receptionist//Telecallings

Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties:

• Greet and receive visitors or clients at the front desk with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
• Handle basic administrative tasks: sorting mail, filing documents, coordinating schedules.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area and manage visitor logs.

Telecalling Duties:

• Respond to inbound inquiries about real estate projects and property offerings.
• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule site visits.
• Provide detailed information on plots and housing projects, answer client questions clearly.
• Follow up with prospective leads via calls, WhatsApp, or emails.
• Maintain accurate logs of calls, leads, follow-ups, and site visit appointments.
• Coordinate with the sales team to support client interactions and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Education: Graduate ,+2
• Experience: Any relevant experience in receptionist, or customer service roles; some or real estate exposure preferred but not mandatory.
• Languages: regional language skills (Odia, Hindi) .
• Skillset:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable receiving visitors and handling outbound/inbound calls..
• Organized, attentive to detail, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Customer-centric mindset with a polite and professional demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,086.00 - ₹15,210.21 per month
