Receptionist/Telecaller

Job Summary: We are seeking a polite, well-spoken, and organized Receptionist cum Telecaller to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling front desk responsibilities and managing incoming calls to assist with appointment scheduling and customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities: Greet clients warmly and make them feel comfortable. Handle appointment bookings, walk-ins, reschedules, and cancellations. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional reception area. Explain available massage services, packages, offers, and therapist availability. Maintain daily records of bookings and client details. Follow up with clients for feedback and promote repeat visits or special promotions. Coordinate with massage therapists regarding client schedules. Ensure confidentiality and a high level of customer service at all times. Requirements: Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a receptionist, telecaller, or in customer service. Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Pleasant personality with a professional appearance. Ability to multitask and stay organized. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, MS Excel, etc.). Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. Positive attitude, reliability, and customer-first approach. Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary (based on experience) plus performance-based incentives.
