The ideal candidate would be experienced in guest interaction and be able to resolve any guest queries to provide customer satisfaction. Any previous experience in the fitness industry is a bonus but not critical. The roles and responsibilities would include the following:
1. Handle customers queries and complaints in-person, via telephone and email.
2. Generate sales by calling /emailing potential customers.
3. Maintain customer registry with personal details of clients.
4. Handle payments and expenses from the front desk based on instructions from senior management.
5. Devise and discharge basic HR duties.
