Job Overview:

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for managing a range of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations. You will handle visitors, manage incoming communications, and provide general administrative support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Answer and route phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism.
• Manage the office’s front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
• Assist with office supply management, including ordering and maintaining inventory.
• Provide administrative support to departments as required, including data entry and document management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
