About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent service and creating a welcoming environment.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Answer and direct phone calls

Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting .

Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

*Qualifications:*

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, document handling)

Previous customer service or reception experience is a plus
