Job Description

Job Title: Receptionist / Administrator

Location: Sector 132, Noida

The Receptionist/Administrator provides professional front-desk service and efficient administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, while also assisting with general office management, documentation, and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and emails promptly.
  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and organized reception area.
  • Ensure all visitors follow security and sign-in procedures.
  • Coordinate internal communications and assist with event or meeting planning.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
