Receptionist/Administrator

As a Receptionist at OMASERRY, your role involves a variety of responsibilities to ensure a smooth and welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and employees. Your daily tasks will include: - Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor. - Answering Phone Calls: Handle incoming calls promptly, transfer calls, take messages, and screen calls when necessary. - Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, managing mail, making copies, and preparing documents as needed. - Maintaining a Welcoming Environment: Keep the reception area tidy, clean, and organized at all times. - Providing Information: Address inquiries, provide directions, and guide visitors to the appropriate person or office. - Customer Service: Attend to customer needs and requests in a timely and courteous manner. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in English is preferred. - Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus. Please note that the working place will be at OMASERRY. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers. The schedule is during the day shift with paid sick time and a yearly bonus provided.,
