Job Title: Receptionist – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and tenants professionally.
• Answer incoming calls, transfer them to relevant departments, and take messages.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the office calendar.
• Handle correspondence (emails, letters, and WhatsApp communication).
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security protocols are followed.
• Support administrative tasks like filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams as needed.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presents a professional environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polite, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, WhatsApp).
• Prior experience in real estate or office administration is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 / Month (Depending on experience)
