Job Description: Admission Counselor / Receptionist

Position: Admission Counselor / Front Desk Receptionist

Location: MP Nagar Bhopal

Job Time : 10.30 am - 7.45pm

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student & parent inquiries regarding IIT JEE & Foundation courses.
• Provide accurate information about batches, fees, results, faculty, and admission process.
• Maintain front desk operations with professionalism.
• Manage phone calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
• Assist parents during registration, admission formalities, and documentation.
• Maintain records, data entry, and follow-up with leads.
• Coordinate with academic & management teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure a welcoming and student-friendly environment at the reception.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and customer-handling ability.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM preferred).
• Ability to multitask and manage front desk workflow.
• Prior experience in counseling or reception (preferred, not mandatory).

Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate (Any stream).
• Freshers with good communication skills may apply.
