We are searching for an experienced Academic Counsellor cum Receptionist.
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Counseling prospective students-Generating student admission-Guiding the students for career development-Receiving calls and solve the queries-Maintain students record-Communicate with the students and trainers through mails and messages-Handling client queries and solve them-Converting potential project leads-Taking care of classroom infrastructure-Monitoring housekeeping activities-Vendor calling-Work on other office projects as and when required-Ready to work on holidays if requiredSkill Required:
1. Excellent Communication & Convincing Skills (Bengali, Hindi and English)2. Pleasing Personality & a go-getter attitude3. Highly motivated4. Managing Office Activities5. Basic Computer Knowledge in Word and Excel (knowledge in Google Docs and sheets is an added advantage)6. Administrative knowledge7. Petty cash handling8. Presentable personality9. Internet Savvy10. Experience in relevant fieldOther Requirements:
(1) Experience Female Candidates can apply only(2) She should have Good Communication Skills in Hindi, English And Bengali.(3) Any Graduation(4) Age Limit: 24-30(5) 1-2 Year experience required.
