Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling visitors and front desk coordination
  • Receiving calls and making calls when required
  • Checking emails and managing correspondence
  • Sending emails on behalf of Directors (as instructed)
  • Helping in sending out introduction emails and quotations
  • Admin work: placing orders for office items, booking couriers (We Fast), booking Uber / Porter, etc.
  • Maintaining calendar: appointments, reminders for Directors, and important events
  • Keeping track of attendance
  • Filing work, printing, scanning, and documentation support
  • Other general office work and coordination as needed

Requirements

  • Presentable personality with good speaking skills
  • Strong verbal English and good written English
  • Good grip on computer work and common applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Tally knowledge will be a plus
  • Education: Commerce Graduate (B.Com or higher)
  • Experience: 2+ years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
