Job Summary: Altrol Petrochem Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and ambitious Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support by managing daily operations-oriented tasks. Responsibilities: Prepare and handle quotations, sales orders, LRs, eWay bills, and other relevant documents. Maintain sales and payment ledgers. Handle mail correspondence effectively. Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with the sales team to support their activities. Assist in generating weekly and monthly sales reports. Requirements: A degree in Commerce (BCom / MCom) or similar field. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Strong computer skills, including internet browsing and email services (e.g., Gmail). Good command of the English language. The ability to correspond independently is a plus.
