Location: Healthy Wings Physiotherapy & Holistic Wellness, Bilaspur (C.G.)
Clinic Timing: morning 9:00 to 2;00 evening 5-9 pm

Healthy Wings Physiotherapy & Holistic Wellness is looking for a smart, responsible, and well-organized Receptionist with Administrative Experience to manage front-desk operations and support clinic administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients politely and professionally
• Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiry management
• Maintain patient records, daily registers, and billing
• Support clinic administration, coordination, and documentation
• Ensure smooth functioning of front-desk and waiting area
• Assist in basic operational tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Reception / Admin role
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email)
• Pleasant personality, disciplined, and punctual
• Ability to multitask and handle patient flow efficiently

Salary

• Based on experience and performance
• Incentives may be offered for exceptional work
