Receptionist/Administration

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our hospital’s patient relations team. In this key front-desk role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and families—providing exceptional customer service while supporting our healthcare staff with important administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and families in a warm and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and route phone calls; respond promptly to inquiries
• Register new patients, verify insurance information, and update electronic records accurately
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Support patient check-in and check-out processes
• Coordinate communication between patients, clinical staff, and other hospital departments
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and hospital standards
• Handle billing inquiries and assist with documentation as needed
• Keep the reception and waiting areas clean, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or medical office training preferred
• 1+ year of experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-focused approach
• Proficiency with medical office or hospital software
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management skills
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient registration processes preferred
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
