Job Description

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist & Telecaller to manage front desk operations and handle inbound/outbound calls. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a pleasing personality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception desk and greet visitors.
  • Handle phone calls (inbound & outbound) professionally.
  • Assist in client/customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain call records and daily reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments when needed.

Language Requirement:

  • Tamil – Compulsory
  • English – Compulsory
  • Hindi – Preferred

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum [12th Pass / Graduate – as per your requirement].
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling, etc.).
  • Prior experience in receptionist/telecalling role is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
