Job Description

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. You’ll be responsible for managing front-desk operations, handling calls, and ensuring a welcoming environment at the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments
  • Schedule client appointments and maintain the front-desk calendar
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Handle basic inquiries about services and provide company brochures/information
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth office functioning
  • Maintain visitor logs and manage basic administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role (preferred)
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Punjabi
  • Presentable and professional appearance
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.)
  • Polite, well-spoken, and customer-oriented attitude
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
