IMMIGRATION TELECALLERS

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and clients who have shown interest in immigration services.
• Explain basic information about immigration programs (Study Visa, Visitor Visa, etc.) for countries.
• Understand client requirements and route qualified leads to the Visa Counselor or Sales team.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, or email to keep them engaged and updated.
• Maintain and update a daily call log and lead status in CRM or Excel.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to queries politely and professionally.
• Meet daily and monthly call targets and conversion goals.
• Maintain a good understanding of current immigration programs and offers to communicate effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in immigration or education consultancy.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented attitude.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience using Excel or CRM tools.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Pay: ₹8,517.63 - ₹24,351.44 per month
