Job Description

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, handling client calls, organizing meetings and events, managing correspondence, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. Your key responsibilities will include communicating with clients via email and phone to address inquiries and provide updates, providing administrative support to accountants and other team members, managing scheduling and calendar appointments, sending financial documents and reports to clients, assisting with data entry, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring data security. The ideal candidate for this role should have a BBA or B.Com. degree with 0 to 1 year of experience. Strong communication skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, attention to detail and accuracy, as well as being self-motivated and able to work well under pressure are key skills required for this position.,
