Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tirur for a Receptionist Telecalling position. The Receptionist Telecaller will be responsible for answering phone calls, managing the front desk, greeting clients and visitors, scheduling appointments, and handling customer inquiries. Other responsibilities include clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and office software
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
