About Us:
SKM Builders and Promoters is a trusted name in the Chennai real estate industry, specializing in residential and commercial property development. We’re looking for a smart and confident Front Office & Telecaller (Female) to handle client communication, calls, and front-desk operations with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and greet walk-in clients and visitors.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Explain property details, project information, and schedule site visits.
Maintain leads, client follow-up records, and appointment schedules.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for client updates.
Manage day-to-day front office activities and documentation.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is a plus).
Presentable, polite, and client-focused attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email handling).
Experience: 0.6 – 2 years in real estate / telecalling / front office roles.
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (Based on experience)
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
