TechForest Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a **dynamic Telecaller / Sales Executive** who can generate and convert leads for our Software Development, Website Design & Development, and Digital Marketing Services. **Responsibilities:** * Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our services. * Generate leads through cold calling, online platforms, and follow-ups. * Understand client requirements and offer suitable IT solutions. * Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets. * Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions. * Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for business growth. **Requirements:** * Excellent English communication & convincing skills. * Strong sales, negotiation, and lead generation abilities. * Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. * Basic knowledge of software, websites, or digital marketing preferred.

Qualification: Any graduate (BBA/MBA/BCA preferred).
Experience: 0–3 years (freshers with good communication skills welcome).
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 + high incentive
