Receptionist / Telecaller

Roles & Responsibilities

Receptionist:

• Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors with a positive attitude
• Handle incoming calls, walk-in inquiries, and appointment coordination
• Respond to official emails after coordinating with the Technical Head or concerned department
• Coordinate with the Technical Head to understand, address, and resolve student issues — then communicate updates to students
• Maintain attendance, visitor logs, and daily records
• Support Centre Head and Academic Team in administrative activities

Telecaller:

• Contact and follow up with potential students and parents for MAAC courses
• Explain course details, structure, and career opportunities
• Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up lists
• Support admission and marketing campaigns

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Professional email communication and documentation skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with seniors and teams
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Gmail)
• Polite, confident, and student-supportive personality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,195.55 - ₹20,881.81 per month

Work Location: In person
