Job Overview:

We are looking for a well-spoken and customer-oriented Receptionist & Telecaller to join our team at the 3M Car Care store. You will be the first point of contact for customers both in-person and over the phone. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth front desk operations, handling customer inquiries, managing appointments, and following up with potential leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with queries related to car detailing services
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Make outbound calls to follow up with potential customers and promote services
• Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring proper time slot management
• Maintain records of customer interactions and service bookings
• Coordinate with the detailing team to ensure timely delivery of services
• Provide basic information about 3M products and services
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
• Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi and Marathi
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer operations
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
