You will be the first point of contact for customers both in-person and over the phone. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth front desk operations, handling customer inquiries, managing appointments, and following up with potential leads. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist with queries related to car detailing services Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner Make outbound calls to follow up with potential customers and promote services Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring proper time slot management Maintain records of customer interactions and service bookings Coordinate with the detailing team to ensure timely delivery of services Provide basic information about 3M products and services Maintain a clean and organized reception area Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi and Marathi Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Proficient with MS Office and basic computer operations Prior experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage Why Join Us?
