Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls to promote salon services, book appointments, and manage customer inquiries.
Act as first point of contact for clients, providing information about services, offers, and scheduling appointments. Additionally, they may be involved in follow-ups call to confirm bookings, gather feedback, and promote repeat visits.
Addressing customer queries, resolving concerns, and providing information about salon services and policies.
Encouraging clients to try new treatments or avail of special promotions through phone calls.
Collaborating with other staffs, including stylists, to ensure smooth operations, and excellent customer service.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
