Job Title : - Clinic Receptionist and Telecaller Job Summary : We Looking for a friendly and organized Clinic Receptionist and Telecaller to manage our front desk operation and handle patient inquiries via phone and in person . The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, efficiently manage patient data,and perform administrative tasks. Responsibilities Manage front desk operation,greet patients,and answer phone calls schedule appointments,confirm bookings,and send reminders handle patient inquiries, complaints,and feedback Make outbound calls for appointment reminders,follow ups ,and patient engagement maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to clinic policies collaborate with healthcare professionals and staff to ensure seamless patient care. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 31/05/2025
