At KFL Salon, we strive to deliver exceptional service and are looking for professional and enthusiastic Receptionists to manage front desk operations and ensure a warm, seamless client experience. Key Responsibilities: Welcome clients with a warm, professional attitude. Manage appointment scheduling and salon calendar. Respond to phone calls and client inquiries promptly and politely. Maintain a neat, organized, and professional front desk area. Coordinate with salon staff for smooth client servicing. Handle basic billing and daily reception tasks. Key Skills: Excellent client-handling and communication skills. Well-groomed, polite, and presentable appearance. Confident, courteous, and professional demeanor. Basic computer and phone handling skills. Qualification: Diploma or certification in Front Office Management, Beauty & Wellness, Hospitality, or a related field. Candidates with strong communication skills and customer service experience will be preferred.
