Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Desk Receptionist at RheumaCARE located in Bengaluru. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and customer service on a day-to-day basis.
RECEPTIONIST

· GREETING AND WELCOMING VISITORS
· ANSWERING AND DIRECTING PHONE CALLS AND E MAILS
· ENSURING A TIDY AND PROFESSIONAL RECEPTION AREA
· MANAGING APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULES AND CALENDER
· CASH HANDLING
· MAINTAINING RECORDS AND FILES
· RESPONDING TO VISITOR ENQUIRES
· PROVIDING INFORMATION ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION
· HANDLING COMPLAINTS AND RESOLVING ISSUES/PATIENT COMPLAINTS ESCALATION
· COORDINATING WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS SUCH AS BILLING, LABORATORY, PHARMACY, RADIOLOGY ETC
