Job Title: Receptionist/Dental Assistant

Job Summary:

Renuka Smile Care Multispeciality Dental Hospital is seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist/Dental Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling patient inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting patients

- Handle patient registration, scheduling, and billing processes

- Maintain accurate records and databases

- Provide excellent customer service and respond to patient inquiries

- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care

Dental Assistant Responsibilities:

- Assist dentists and hygienists with patient care and treatments

- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment

- Take and develop X-rays, and perform basic dental procedures

- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment

- Maintain patient records and charts

Requirements:

- For Receptionist:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- For Dental Assistant:

- Diploma or certificate in dental assisting

- Basic knowledge of dental procedures and terminology

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
