Key Responsibilities: Patient and Visitor Management: Welcoming patients and visitors, providing directions, and ensuring a comfortable and efficient patient experience. Appointment Scheduling and Management: Scheduling appointments, rescheduling, and managing patient schedules efficiently. Communication and Information: Answering phone calls, responding to patient inquiries, and providing information about hospital services. Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintaining patient records, verifying insurance information, and handling billing inquiries. Administrative Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as filling out forms, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area. Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution: Addressing patient concerns, handling emergencies, and maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Collaboration and Teamwork: Working effectively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure smooth operations. Computer Proficiency: Utilizing computer systems for scheduling, record keeping, and other administrative tasks. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
