Job Description

As a Receptionist at OnO Creators, your role will involve being the first point of contact at the Noida office. Your excellent communication skills, pleasant personality, and organizational abilities will be key in handling front desk responsibilities efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner. - Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. - Maintain visitor records and ensure office security protocols. - Assist in scheduling meetings and managing office calendar. - Handle basic administrative and clerical support tasks. - Coordinate with internal teams for daily operational needs. - Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role (freshers with good communication may also apply). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Professional appearance and positive attitude. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
