As a Hotel Receptionist at our company, you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for our guests. Your friendly demeanor and organizational skills will contribute to providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process for our guests. **Key Responsibilities:** - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Manage reservations, ensuring accuracy and updating information as needed - Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room availability and guest requests - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department **Qualifications Required:** - Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist or in a similar role is a plus - Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu - Ability to handle guest issues with professionalism and empathy - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - High school diploma or equivalent You will be working full-time in a permanent position. Additionally, as part of the benefits package, food will be provided. The work location is in person.
