Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers visiting the showroom
  • Handle walk-in customers and direct them to the sales or service team
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries
  • Maintain visitor records and daily call logs
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and accounts teams
  • Assist in basic documentation and billing support if required
  • Maintain a clean and professional front office area

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
  • Good communication skills in English & Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
  • Pleasant personality and professional attitude
  • Prior showroom or customer service experience preferred
