Job Description - Receptionist & Tele calling

Pleasing Personality Female
Excellent Communication Skills: Both verbal and written, to interact effectively with a variety of people.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a tidy workspace.
Professional Demeanor:Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,)
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Customer Service Experience:Experience in a customer-facing role is often preferred.
