Job Description

Greet customers and visitors warmly, in person and on the phone.
Direct customers to the appropriate department or staff member.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
Schedule appointments for service, test drives, or sales consultations.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
Handle customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism or escalate as needed.
Accept and distribute mail, deliveries, and other correspondence.
Assist with clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and processing dealership paperwork.
Maintain customer waiting area amenities (coffee, water, magazines, etc.).
Coordinate with sales, service, and finance departments as needed.
Update customer information in the dealership's CRM or management systems.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred (automotive industry a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and phone systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
